WHERE DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA?
We collect the personal information you provide to us, such as When you apply for credit, contact us, make a purchase at the store or in our webshop or use our digital channels. In order to communicate relevant information with you and to provide general and personal offers about Sharp Dalarna’s goods and services, we process identity information, such as: name, customer number, social security number (if applicable), contact details, e.g. address, telephone number and e-mail address, details of your purchase, details of your digital behaviour in your use of Sharp Dalarna’s digital services, such as visitor and search history on the website and in the webshop, as well as information retrieved from external information services (see below). Offers are communicated to you on different channels, such as by letter, email, SMS, on the Site and other digital contact routes, such as in Sharp Dalarna’s social media profiles.
- Follow-up and evaluation
We deal with sales history in order to produce reports and statistics for the follow-up and evaluation of our business. The treatment is done with the support of a so-called balance of interests to meet our legitimate interest in carrying out follow-up and evaluations and therefore does not require your consent.
